DreaMed is looking for an experienced and passionate Enterprise Sales Director to drive rapid growth among large health systems and multi-specialty ambulatory practices in the U.S. market. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to shape the cutting edge of digital health and how AI is leveraged to solve some of the most important challenges in patient care and population health.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the GM, NA, and working in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and CS, the Sales Director will be accountable for achieving and exceeding the quarterly and yearly Sales Plan targets and to meet growth targets for the assigned U.S market territory. Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and optimize pipeline generation programs and activities for New Business, Customer Expansion, and Strategic Accounts
  • Responsible for accurate opportunity forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) leveraging data and supporting metrics
  • Execute the end-to-end sales process, including cultivating existing leads; and advance those leads through the sales process from qualification, solutions, socialization, budgeting; and closing the deal through negotiation and contracting.
  • Partner closely with marketing and other internal stakeholders to position and message a pioneering, highly clinical, and rapidly evolving technology solution, while continuing to evolve based on market feedback.
  • Partner closely with marketing and executive team to set proper expectations and conversion guidelines at each stage; develop sales plan to exceed quota, adhering to defined workflow and comfortable evolving process as needed.
  • Utilize SalesForce to document sales activity, deal progress, and prospect communications consistently.
  • Learn and maintain expert knowledge of DreaMed’s technology solution, the diabetes space in general, market trends and customer pain points, and how DreaMed’s solution addresses these needs.
  • Partner with marketing to research and document regulations, industry trends, and competition in order to inform upstream and downstream activities such as marketing and lead generation strategies, implementation processes, messaging, pricing, product roadmap, etc.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience a medical, SAAS solution or related in the healthcare industry, to health systems, track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in this space
  • Sales experience from start-ups
  • Strong existing health system relationships at the enterprise level that can be leveraged on day one
  • Strong understanding of health systems, enterprise pain points, how decisions are made, and how deals get done
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare technology, and how technology solutions are sold and deployed in the context of a provider’s EMR ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver compelling messages and content to business executives, clinical leaders, and a range of clinical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative deal constructs to get to yes, such as pricing models that work within the existing budget, risk, and value share pricing models, creative solution roll-out plans, etc.
  • Experience selling a pioneering first-in-market solution and partnering with internal stakeholders to advance and evolve the go-to-market package to meet market needs.
  • Have strong financial acumen, ability to understand customer budgets and budgeting, and tailor value proposition to meet business needs while working within customer constraints.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, work independently, and creatively to meet growth objectives
  • Experience and ability to set up and manage internal sales and pipeline reporting, working in SalesForce, and other tasks related to managing the sales function.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills
