About The Position

Central / Eastern coast

Reporting to the CEO and as part of the executive team, the VP product will lead the product management activities and team, working closely with other functional leaders in the company.

The position requires strategic thinking, leadership skill as well as hands on experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead DreaMed’s products; shape the company’s strategy, oversee the definition, prioritization, and implementation of product features, and manage the execution of product tasks across all relevant departments to change the world of diabetes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the product team.
  • Partner with leading KOLs and medical experts in the world of diabetes to anticipate market trends and demands, creating disruptive innovative solutions in the chronic diseases medical space.
  • Keep strong relationships with customers and partners and collaborate across all the company’s teams.
  • Prepare and maintain the required Product regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager and at least 5 years in leading the product activity, in global SAAS, and B2B companies, including experience in a successful product launch in the US market.
  • Experience in building software products that incorporates a wholistic approach including tech, UI, understanding of the user, workflows, and tech support.
  • Strong technology background, preferably with prior experience in R&D, SW development roles, or a technology-related degree.
  • Experience in upstream product strategy and development work, e.g., ideation, business case development, and marketing opportunity assessment.
  • Business-oriented with high analytic skills and an innovative mindset. MBA is an advantage.
  • Highly proficient in English, including excellent presentation skills
  • Availability to travel frequently within the US
  • Experience from medical or healthcare software/IT industry
